Pointe San Marcos is designed and marketed exclusively to students attending Texas State University and other local colleges. The per-person resident contracts are designed with students and their families in mind. Pointe San Marcos is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes, among other residents, students with spouses, partners and/or children at no extra cost other than regular charges for each bedroom space occupied in a unit. In order to appropriately match roommates in shared units with other college students, roommate consent is required for any non- student resident.
